Founder’s Letter: B2PRIME’s Milestones and Vision for 2026

As we enter another transformative year for B2PRIME Group, I want to continue with our established tradition of reflecting on what we’ve achieved together. Our team has made it a point to speak openly with our clients, partners, and friends about our progress and where we’re going in the next stage of our journey.

2025 has been defined by scaling, maturing, and widening the reach of our ecosystem: from securing new licenses and expanding into the retail segment to welcoming exceptional new talent and successfully launching our B2MEET event concept. Each and every milestone reflects our long-term commitment to building a transparent, resilient and high-performance infrastructure for global financial markets. 

We are stepping into 2026 with clear momentum and a clear vision of where to take B2PRIME next. In this letter, I would like to share with you the main highlights that we’ve achieved in the previous year and a preview of what you can expect from us in the coming months.

Yearly Results

A Stronger Regulatory Foundation

One of the most significant achievements of 2025 for us was strengthening B2PRIME’s regulatory footprint. 

We secured approval from the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) to operate from the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) — one of the world’s most respected financial hubs. Gaining this license is a strategic move that positions B2PRIME for deeper engagement with institutional clients across the Middle East and beyond. 

At the same time, B2PRIME obtained a licence under the Digital Assets and Registered Exchanges (DARE) Act, regulated by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas. This licence provides the regulatory foundation for the launch of our B2PRIME Retail division and allows us to offer Crypto Spot trading and Perpetual Futures to eligible clients. This development supports our goal of making institutional‑grade liquidity infrastructure accessible to a broader range of market participants.

In total, we now have six licences in place across different jurisdictions, which makes for a powerful regulatory setup that supports B2PRIME’s long-term strategy of scaling responsibly. They give us the flexibility to expand our product offering and enter new markets, all while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and professionalism expected from a global liquidity provider.

Bringing our institutional infrastructure to retail

Another major milestone has been our expansion into the retail segment. For years, B2PRIME has been known primarily for our institutional-grade solutions — liquidity, technology, and infrastructure designed for brokers, funds, and professional market participants.

With the launch of our B2PRIME Retail business arm, our team took a meaningful step forward by extending this infrastructure to traders and investors, allowing them to access the same depth, stability, transparency, and seamless execution that our institutional partners have come to rely on. This decision aligns with our belief that retail deserves the same quality of execution and reliability as institutional clients.

Partnership with TradingView

We began 2026 with a strong milestone, officially launching our partnership with TradingView, one of the world’s most recognized charting and trading platforms. As part of this cooperation, our core trading platform, B2TRADER, was directly integrated into TradingView’s environment. 

Just as importantly, B2PRIME was given the status of a Platinum Partner, and it is not merely a symbolic gesture. This is a testament to the quality of our team’s work, the scale of our infrastructure, and a reflection of our commitment to building financial services at the highest possible standards.

TradingView is the world’s leading charting platform, trusted by hundreds of millions of users. This collaboration brings their high-quality analytical tools and combines them with B2PRIME’s execution infrastructure and liquidity access. The ability to trade directly from TradingView charts makes the workflow faster, simpler, and more intuitive for both retail and institutional clients.

In simple terms, what we did is raise the bar for everyday trading experiences for our users to a whole new level. It sets the right tone for how we approach all things across the B2PRIME ecosystem: build for scale, partner with the best, and turn advanced technological solutions into tangible advantages for our clients.

Strengthening the Team

For any serious business, building the right team is a crucial part of its evolutionary process, and B2PRIME is no different in that regard. As one of the key factors underlying our future growth, we have welcomed several highly respected industry professionals into our ranks who significantly strengthened our capabilities.

First, Fernando Wladdimiro, formerly a Vice President at State Street, joined us to lead Institutional Business Development. His experience and understanding of the institutional market add greater depth to our strategic direction.

We also welcomed Lee Shmuel Goldfarb, previously of Edgewater Markets, who brought with him proven expertise in institutional sales, account management, and commercial growth. His perspective enhances our ability to structure partnerships and respond to evolving market needs.

The next prominent member to join B2PRIME was Stuart Brock, a former executive at oneZero, whose technical and commercial background strengthens the product and connectivity side of our institutional offerings. Stuart’s insights help drive improvements across execution quality, aggregation models, and platform integrations.

We’ve also made two strategic additions by inviting James Wale and Aaron Brown from iSAM Securities into our team. Both of them are seasoned professionals with strong backgrounds in institutional trading and business development. Their presence in the team marks another step in B2PRIME’s expansion across both Europe and MENA.

Each of these appointments reflects our commitment to attracting top industry talent. We recognize that strong products require strong people behind them, and I’m proud of the team we now have in place for 2026 and beyond it.

B2MEET: Building a New Format for Market Dialogue

One of the key projects that B2PRIME successfully established in 2025 was the launch of B2MEET — our new event concept dedicated to private, high-value market discussions.

We held two B2MEET events, in Cyprus and in Hong Kong, and both exceeded our expectations. The idea is simple: bring together a small group of industry professionals and create a space for honest conversations about markets, infrastructure, liquidity, and technology.

The reception of this concept was overwhelmingly positive. Participants appreciated the format, the depth of discussions, and the ability to exchange insights in an environment that wasn’t overly formal or commercially driven. Our Hong Kong event, in particular, clearly demonstrated the value of this concept for the Asia-Pacific region.

B2MEET is a long-term initiative for us, and in 2026, we intend to shape it into a core community venue for our industry. The success we’ve seen so far has only encouraged us to conduct more of these events in the future. We see it as a way to strengthen relationships, share expertise, and contribute to a more informed and interconnected financial sector.

Launch of the B2PRIME Partner Program

Another major highlight was the introduction of our new Partner Program: a scalable model designed to help professionals monetize their expertise, audience, or professional network more effectively. This launch is an important step in bringing our institutional-grade infrastructure to a much wider group of market participants.

The program is built as a multi-level, tiered structure that offers different levels of cooperation, marketing tools, and personalized support, affording our partners a greater flexibility in options. It is designed to be easily accessible to all retail-facing partners and provides advanced reporting capabilities and tailored promotional content. At the same time, the model is supported by one of the most competitive revenue-sharing models in the industry, allowing partners at every level to earn efficiently.

To make the experience seamless, we automated every step of the process. Everything is designed for efficiency, clarity, and precision. The onboarding process is equally straightforward. Once an applicant completes KYC, they can automatically generate their referral links, distribute QR codes for easier conversion, and make use of promotional content designed to help partners grow their user base. 

The program is designed with simplicity and operational efficiency in mind, and may offer revenue‑sharing arrangements of up to 50% for certain partner categories, subject to applicable terms, conditions and regulatory requirements. 

Strong partnerships are built on shared goals, and this program is our way of supporting partners who want to grow with us and giving them access to the same institutional-grade foundation we’ve been building for years.

Looking Ahead: 2026 and Beyond

In 2026, our strategy will naturally continue to evolve, but the core of it remains unchanged: to expand B2PRIME as a global multi-asset trading infrastructure provider that delivers tailored solutions that answer our clients’ needs.  

One of the most significant product milestones we have scheduled for this year is the launch of Crypto Spot and perpetual futures. This will significantly expand the scope of assets available within the B2PRIME ecosystem, reflecting both growing market demand and our long-term vision. We see crypto as an essential component of modern financial infrastructure, and adding this liquidity strengthens our ability to serve brokers and institutions seeking more diversified market access.

 At the same time, we will continue enhancing our overall offering and strengthening our prime brokerage network. Liquidity depth, execution quality, and reliable connectivity remain at the center of everything B2PRIME does, and further investment in these areas will support both our existing and future clients.

 Another important milestone ahead for us is the launch of our agency model, which will open new ways for partners to engage with our infrastructure and scale their own businesses alongside us. In parallel, we plan to add new instruments, including DMA futures, to provide broader market access and greater flexibility for sophisticated trading strategies.

 Naturally, further growth means B2PRIME will also be expanding into new jurisdictions, and we intend to do so responsibly, fully aligning ourselves with leading regulatory standards. Acquiring additional licenses remains a strategic priority for our team.

 And, of course, none of these goals are possible without people, which is why expanding our team will remain a key focus this year. All our efforts ultimately serve one goal: scaling the business in a sustainable, disciplined way, while staying true to the principles that have defined B2PRIME from day one.

Final Word

2025 has delivered strong growth to B2PRIME Group, and we fully intend to use those successes as a foundation to climb even higher in the new year. We improved our regulatory foundations, expanded into new client segments, brought exceptional industry leaders into the company, and launched new initiatives that will shape our future.
